Christine Donghee Rhee is an emerging artist, primarily working in graphite, acryla gouache, and digital color over graphite drawings. Her work explores Korean mythology and heroines great and small, melding both Korean and Western art influences as a Korean-American artist. Her portraits invite the viewer to respond to the inner strength, transformation, and growth of women and (super)natural forces.
