During covid as the world got smaller zoom drawing world got larger! I would be in SF drawing in my studio with the hosting group in Amsterdam and the model in Portugal and drawers from over the globe participating. A group in London did Saturday portrait sessions where you got to know the model more personally as well as draw. Daryl is a musician, actor comic as well as figure model who has Pfeiffer Syndrome. His whole being captured me! His straightforward comfort with himself and his ability to connect was moving. I've been drawing him regularly all of covid.
