This is an honest view of my passionate soul. I like to think that this woman is myself from a different dimension in time and space. I often encounter her in dreams. She lives in a world with three moons, sea creatures, and weird people who like to balance on objects in the ocean. In the beginning of making this piece, there were two women, the other sporting green hair. I got frustrated by the size of the green haired woman and covered her up. Leaving ‘Aim’ alone with the sea, hence “Lone Sea.” This Aim Hover is resilient even though she has lost her friend. I often look at this painting and remind myself that my creativity is strong even during the times I can’t see or feel it fully.
