This is a painting of my nephew and those like him who despite getting a college degree are unable to get jobs they were led to believe would be available to them. They are anxious about their futures. My work is a reflection on how they feel, what they think when they are alone with their thoughts. What will their future hold? Is any of it in their control? For this reason the pieces in this group are called Uncertain Future.
