My friend's husband, Jim, and I had a common experiences, bypass surgeries . His comeback from that is impressive. This painting was done from a photo taken about 20 vertical feet from the top of Loveland Pass in Colorado at about 11,980 '. He has done this ride twice since his recovery; a trip of 120 miles over three passes 11,000'+ in one day. He told me that it was the best gift and that it means a lot to him. That means a lot to me!
