Ellen's silver hair is one of her outstanding features. On top of Little Baldy in Sequoia National Park with the wind blowing steadily, I imagined how she'd look with her hair blowing in the wind against the backdrop of clouds and sky matching her clothes. She struck this iconic pose with the sun on her face, standing out against the sky and mountains while the wind and colors made her part of the mountain top. This was a wonderful hike on Little Baldy and made us feel the grandeur of the Sierra.
