This is a person enflamed by grief and rage, who leaves city streets behind to take to the hills, where she runs the tracks with the wild things. Creating this image helped solidify for me the importance of expressing the nastier emotions, lest they consume you. These feelings need to be aired and given space, cannot and will not lie peacefully in constraint without metastasizing. And when given space they can beget freedom, energize creativity.
