John Starr is our neighbor. A retired marine biologist, he now spends his time among fishing, crabbing, and taking care of the neighbors who are in need of help. He rescued Sugar from a shelter and they are inseparable ever since. Him sitting in his red lawn chair with Sugar is a fixture of our neighborhood.
