This painting was done in the 70s. I moved away from home where my Grandma lived with us. I missed her as I was half a world away. She was all light and humor. We made fun of her old views and she made fun of us. I remember her fondly. This is her seated at a table at my wedding. She was the matriarch of the family and she ruled with love and affection.
