This is a portrait of my late father, Kenneth Carlin. My father was a dialysis patient and after dialysis, one day, his arm developed problems and swelled up horribly. When I asked him if he was alright, he replied, "Still Kicking". I replied back "Well, just don't kick me" and we both burst out laughing. My dad had a strong spirit and loved people.
